The Zinfandel comes from Hillside, forty year old vines that are own rooted. Michael pressed the fruit whole cluster direct press and barrel ferments, lees aged 7 months before bottling unfiltered & unfined with minimal sulfur.
Yes, this is hazy and fun, but despite it’s pink wax and silly name, this wine is GORGEOUS. There is a beautiful core of savoriness and herbal quality without sacrificing freshness.
